Some students get mad at the faculty because they are mean and don't do there job but how many of them do what they are supposed to do as a student? students can't go to college looking forward to things going their way all the time. They have to understand that if they want things done they have to take a stand and demand it to be done or do it themselves. A&m is not so bad that the people just sit around and not help you at all. I thought the same way about a&m when I arrived but all that changed when I decided to "grow up" and work with the faculty and students. A&m is an excellent school for anyone searching for a challenge. Every school has its ups and downs. Don't judge "us" on things you heard-check out the hill for yourself and I promise you it is a lot better than what you think. I didn't fully appreciate all the lessons I learn and the maturing that I gained from A&M, until I graduated and got out in the "REAL WORLD". I think it is one of the best colleges a student can choose to go to. The school is a nice size, the teacher to student ratio is good. It is also easy to get involved in a variety of activities, and still do well academically. Alabama A&M, is like a home away from home.
