If you want to make good grades then you will have to put in time and effort. If you want to get your answers from your neighbor, this is not the school. Anyone who is serious about their education likes this school. We excell in the sciences, and are proud of it. I love the education I have received and believe I will excell in the professional world. This town is very competitive and this type of education will make you competitive with the rest of them. It has served me well thus far in my career. I am also currently persuing a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from UAH. As an undergrad, I was involved in several student groups, and found it easy to become involved. If you are looking for a party, this is not the school for you. However, if it is a quality education you want, this is a great school. (and isn't that the main reason we go to college anyway?) Innovation: A+, Social Life: B Have a Question? But the school is really good especially if you want to be an engineer. Granted that UAH was a commuter school it is working on developing campus life with new dorms and greek houses. The fitness center is pretty awesome too. Even though UAH doesn't have a football team we have ice hockey. Huntsville is a pretty okay city, not too big but not small. There are things to do but you just have to look for it. Even though I like UAH I'm transfering to a different school. I want to get away and have more of a college life. This is by far the worst college I have ever experienced. The fail rate in MOST of the classes exceeds 50% and the staff at UAH could care less. Condescending, out of touch with reality, happy to take your money and screw you over. Large number of the teachers do not speak English and somehow that is the student's fault.
