I loved Harding UniversityNov 23 2016Psychology
I loved Harding University. Gives you a 4-year experience and canvas of what home and professional life will be like.I was given room to find answers, travel and pursue the ladies that I wanted to marry and excited me. The teachers , like the favorite ones of grade school and high school years, are inspiring and friendly. It's not their title and job to teach you to be a yes person, they prepare you for the ability to answer problems on your own and increase competency.
Research Topic(s): The Professional and social satisfaction.

I love this place!!
This school is horribleOct 14 2008Other
This school is horrible. If you are not from that small community, don't go. They brain wash the students and do not encourage individual thought, which is what college is for. Spend all this money, AT A REAL SCHOOL!

Harding is for the sheltered, close-minded student.
Harding will not prepare you for the real world.
Harding is full of hyporcites. I had a coach lecture me about being a Christian (Which I am, but I didnt go around throwing it in everyones face, people assumed that I wasnt because of it) Anyways, the coach was later dismissed because of an improper relationship with a student. Many students in my dorm were addicted to Pornography and they would lead chapel the next day... wow...

Curfew? Are you kidding me...
Chapel? I dont need to go to Chapel and listen to them bash every religion that is not Church of Christ...

Things to do? Forget about it... I was bored to death...
Racism? You betcha... Many of the "so called" Christian students certaintly had issues with African Americans. I am white and my roommate was black. I couldnt believe how ignorant and closeminded people were. I had one girl ask me 'Are you scared to share a room with a black person?"

Im not kidding....
Anyways, Harding University is great if you do not want to grow as a person and you are looking for a sheltered education.

DONT GO... STAY AWAY... The school is easy and there is no challenge. Probaly the easiest place in the country.

Go... If you dont want a social life and want to hangout with nerds all day
