Positive Negative Neutral Advice
For those former online students who posted negativeBrightPsychology
For those former online students who posted negative thoughts about GCU, you are wrong. You guys do not know anything about the campus students or professors. You guys are posting negative comments about the online programs and you are given GCU's campus students a really bad "name." I hope that you guys will start to clarify your classifications before posting these horrible messages. Every college/university has it flaws and if you don't like the GCU, then leave.

Question
I can't believe there are so many negativeSuper BrilliantBusiness - Management and Administration
I can't believe there are so many negative comments - these people don't seem to know what they're talking about. I am currently working on my MBA at GCU and my experience has been more than satisfactory. I am getting my degree online and every class has been very challenging as well as engaging. The discussion is great and in my last class there were over 300 posts - so everyone was extremely involved with the class including the instructor. We had 3 group assignments and the rest were all individual assignments and I thought they were all relevant and challenging. I live nearby so I've been to the campus and I think that one improvement they can make is improving on the aesthetics by making the campus look a bit more welcoming. Other than that I've found my online experience to be very worthwhile and all the propaganda about it being an exclusive Christian university is NOT TRUE. Myself as well as many people in my courses didn't have any strong religious ties and it was never a problem. My advice is - try a course before you believe all the negative reviews.

Question
A disappointment.Quite BrightReligion/Religious
A disappointment. I expected more from an on-line program. The lectures are in-name only. A 2 minute read. No tests. From what I've seen and heard of other programs, the Angel "educational" suite, while easy to use, offers nothing in the way of discussions. For the most part, it's boring. There is no challenge here at all.
