The Torrey Honors program at Biola is fantastic and should be amongst the top choice for any person of Christian faith considering a university. Biola continues to improve on its 100 + years of faithful scholarship and I am proud to be a part of that legacy.

I strongly recommend Biola for any students out there considering attending.

Super Brilliant
Biola has one of the most respected philosophy programs in the nation. While it may not be the most well known university in general, within the world of philosophy Biola is a force to be reckoned with. Philosophy graduates routinely receive placement in top programs, including USC, Notre Dame, Yale, Harvard, Princeton etc.

The community at Biola is fantastic, although this is NOT the place to come if you are not serious about exploring the cross roads between faith and reason.

There isn't another school in the country that offers a prestigious degree in conjunction with an educational perspective that, while rigorous and challenging, begins with the assumption that there is a God and He matters. I don't see how any person of faith could choose to attend a university that begins the entire premise of their education by flatly denying God's existence and contradicting their most sacred of beliefs.

Biola is amazing and I'm so happy to see it growing stronger every day.

Biola was the only place in the country where I could find world class academics alongside a rational, orthodox christian world view. Every other program was either secular to the core or else didn't offer the academic quality and prestige that Biola offered. At Biola I was much more than a cog in the system. I knew my professors on a first name basis, none of my classes were taught by TA's and I had a chance to pray with, befriend, and grow with my professors. No other university can offer such a holistic opportunity to grow as a person mentally, socially, and spiritually.

An education draped in lies in worthless and at Biola I learned psychology from the perspective that we are people with spirits instead of being nothing more than soulless animals who can fix all of their problems with a pill.

I wouldn't trade my Biola education for anything!!!

I have really enjoyed my time at Biola. The school is rapidly growing in quality and facilities even in my short time here. At Biola, I am blessed to study history in a way that helps me to understand it from a purely academic and secular perspective while weaving the study of the sovereignty of God into the curriculum. At Biola, it's as though I am getting two educations for the price of one.
