Staff at the Distant learning center are inept. Handing in assignments was a disaster. They could not put homework or quizzes in the right Professor box, and I ended up losing feedback from Professors for nearly 8 weeks, and had to turn in the same assignments 7 times during the second half of one semmester. I realized the extend of their competence, and that was why I had to physically hand assignment in face to face, eyeball to eyeball, and still had problems. It cost me a full grad drop because i did not get feedback from the professor in time for the Final exame. I sat down with the director, but still did not get a response from him after I emailed him about the consequences of their incompetence. I think they are clueless and aloof, autocratic, and too tall of an organization to make changes, cutting back on expenses, they seem to hire nitwits...
