I have never walked on a campus where students interacted with the tours but here they do! The reason I am here la because on my campus tour multiple students hade eye contact with me an said hello. This campus is in a quiet community but has soooo many clubs and events always in campus. The college is like its own community. You walk each day seeing familiar faces not feeling locked up in a big city with tons of people out don't know. Every class, even as a freshmen, I knew people in my class thanks to a super busy orientation!!

I transferred to CLU from another college that had much larger classrooms. Cal Lutheran is well known for very small classrooms which reminds me of second grade. I came into the school with high hopes unfortunately everyday here gives me a headache. Everybody is passive here no on one thinks differently which is not a good learning environment for those that have passions. It is hard to find help if you find your self in trouble with anything. Last but not least I agree with the previous negative comment the professors are the very condescending and they do some how manage to break your spirit by not helping the student learn. I am going to be honest this colleges does not care about their students they care about the money they make off the students and it is a recipe for a terrible learning environments like I am experiencing.

This school does not care about the student. The professors don't respond to questions. Never have time to discuss anything with you. Not sure where they get the grades they come up with. You are kept down at this school. I have had my papers reviewed by professors at other schools with a bigger concentration on my major that have stated the work I have done is excellent. Not at CLU just keep pouring your money into it and they will make sure you owe when you leave.
