World class programs all over campus, engineering, computer forensics, hospitality management, architecture, entertainment marketing, agribusiness, supply chain management....you name it! Even in a down economic cycle Cal Poly Pomona has surged ahead with top notch teachers and deans from the best universities in the nation. And you do real world projects in the nation's second largest city that will get you cutting edge jobs. Boeing for example hired almost half of one program's graduating class en masse this year. The campus is over the top beautiful with a working horse ranch and farm part of the mix...simply incredible!

Started out in the mechanical engineering department at cal poly. I was constantly seeking help, as I was studying 10-12 hours a day, with meager results. Everywhere I looked I was hitting a dead end of unhelpful professors (except a few like shelton and biddle) I left after my advisor told me I was nothing but a 'fuck up who will never make it'.

Taking his bad advice, I went to the food marketing and agribusiness management department. I learned what I wanted, and the program was about learning. The faculty were extremely helpful, and would do anything for the student. It was the only time I ever felt like I had teachers working for me. I got my moneys worth out of that education.

this place went through a funk under bad leadership but is coming back. there is a growing sense of excitement on the campus again that has re-energized the campus community. and cal poly business is about ready to move into a new building too.

I enjoyed my undergrad, but the grad program was far better.
