I love the way they use personal experiences, they seem like they are willing to help. Meeting with an advisor was not difficult at all.The administration on the other hand are terrible. Even if you try to stay on top of things they are not very helpful at all. One department in particular that is notoriously known for its terrible customer service is the admissions department.
