I get my BS in ME, and currentlyBrightMechanical Engineering
I get my BS in ME, and currently I am involved in 3 research project. There are many opportunities for engineering students to get advantage of and apply them self. Staff are well educated and trust me you'll learn in this school. What I like about this school that the projects students can involve helps them to apply their knowledge about what they learn in classrooms. Some building are old however we do have all the necessary technological advancements available for students to compete with other school and WIN competitions.

The Professors here areQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
The Professors here are brilliant, approachable, and helpful, unfortunately the same cannot be said about the staff. There has been some dramatic changes, new buildings are going up and the campus looks great.

Question
I had a good experience at CSULA forBusiness - Management and Administration
I had a good experience at CSULA for the most part. I learned a lot and I had only positive interactions with the faculty and my fellow students. I had some really great professors and some that were less than stellar. The school is not ideal if you are big on a social life. Many people seem to keep to themselves. The location is not ideal because the outlying area can feel sketchy, but once you are on a campus, it feels like you are in a different area. It is very safe and not once did I feel that my safety was threatened. The one complaint I have is that dealing with administration was a pain. There were several times where I had to go back and forth with the same paper work and felt like I was getting nowhere. It was frustrating at times, but fortunately, I didn't have to deal with that on a daily basis.
