I have no regrets attending Las Positas College, whatsoever. I was able to complete my freshmen and sophomore classwork without going into debt, and I was able to work simultaneously. Extremely good value for your money. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it the same way.

I think professors should make it more clearer that you can't get a job with just a BA in psychology. I think I should have gone in a field where you were guaranteed a job after graduation. I would have gone into a science related field such as nursing, radiology, or physical therapy. I currently attend a community college in NY for nursing.

Very good community college. General standard of classes is excellent if you take advantage of them.
Cafeteria is awful - in size, furnishing, quality & expense of food. This really needs an upgrade.
Could also do with a decent student union building to relax in, show films etc. As there are 9,000 students here, I think this would not be out of place. There should be more Saturday classes. Overall, as good as it gets at a 2 year college.
