Las Positas is an institution that is conformingKinesiology
Las Positas is an institution that is conforming to the liberal BS of public community colleges in general. The staff has some exceptional people and the core of Professors are also exceptional. Unfortunately there are a number of issues that would be considered prejudicial and have become common place in the student population.

Question
Seeing as this isQuite BrightOther
Seeing as this is a 2year community college, it is a good place to to summer classes, which is what i am doing. On a dissimilar note, the bathrooms are very spacey and clean. Campus maintenance does a swell job, albiet this is a commuter school and not many peoe are here during summer.

Question
The school is only as good as itsBrightCriminal
The school is only as good as its support staff. The Counselors, Admissions Staff and others, excluding the Vet Office, are typical self-absorbed bureaucrats who do the very least to get by. They are not interested in bringing issues to conclusion. Duck and Cover seems to be the attitude when any real effort presents itself. They will pass your issues along for two years if you let them.In fairness, the teachers seem to be sensitive to the needs of the students.
