I love this school and I'm extremely glad to be going here. I don't know what people are saying about other students being snooty or stuck-up, everyone's been quite pleasant to me. The teachers I've encountered so far have been A+ and I have to admit I was surprised because I thought as a community college, quality would not be as important. I am pleased to say I have been proven wrong!

SMC is great for transfering. Counselors are helpful in academic advising but always be sure to double-check the classes you have to take for your major and the requirements for the university you want to transfer to. Be sure to get involved in school activities the first semester you enroll. Time passes fast!
