Workplace found CSM graduates to be very appealing due to their technical capability and work ethic. Workload in school was heavy, but it paid off. There are more than 100 clubs and a wonderful outdoor recreation center. Everything is easy to get involved in and all of the teachers are friendly and helpful. But I recognized early on that I had to develop the skills necessary to work on technical projects in a team environment. I believe that this is now much more of a focus at Mines.
