THIS COMMENT IS ABOUT COLORADO TECH UNIVERSITY, COLORADO SPRINGS (it wasn't listed for me to pick from the above menu).

I had been looking at a bunch of online colleges for comparison before I applied to one. I could not remember if CTU had a Bachelors in Social & Human Services AND a combination Criminal Law & Social & Human Services, or just one or the other. I told the Advisor I spoke to that I would rather take the combination program if I did not have to take many more extra credits. I also told her that if I could finish my degree just in the Social & Humans Services, that I would rather do that since I only have 3 quarters left to complete my degree. She kept referencing the Criminal Law part of the program, and I couldn't figure out why UNTIL I WENT BACK TO THEIR WEBSITE AND DISCOVERED THEY DO NOT HAVE JUST a Social & Human Services Program, ONLY THE COMBO Criminal Law AND Social & Human Services program. SHE NEVER TOLD ME THAT because she was trying to get me enrolled in the school no matter what program I would have had to register for. Ain't THAT some bull***t? Who wants to go to a school where from the get-go they B.S. you? No thank you. NEXT!PS All the F's above should be N/A since I never enrolled in the school. Ugh, what a mess and waste of my time and effort.

Do not trust theAverageElectrical Engineering
Do not trust the financial aid department to handle your money. You must be involved directly in every single transaction or you will regret it.

At first start, everyone was friendly and helpful. Once you're in, it's the opposite. They don't have phone etiquette except the receptionists. The military liaison department forget that this is now a civilian sector. They act tough but no clue what's truly a customer service. Financial aid department is the worst of all. Mean and talk back to you like an unimportant person. If it were not for almost free schooling, I would have chosen a traditional college.
