The graduate school of social work is the biggest waste of money. They were an awful department to learn from bunch of bitchy old hens!...most of our graduating class is unemployed and drowning in Sallie Mae debt that financial aid hooped us into. I'm a single parent and wasted a lot of time, money and sacrifice. Also the department is not proactive with health, social needs and families in Colorado. Pathetic in times of recession.

The University of Denver does not care about its students. It cares about itself and how it can make the most money possible. The University treats Greek life the worst out of all of the organizations. This especially applies to Beta Theta Pi. They kicked the fraternity to the curb, stole its house, and now they are screwed. Sigma Chi was almost houseless too, until their housing corporation threw out the big bucks. DU intimidates and threatens people so that people don't bring this up- the students are sick of it and I commit to never donate a single dime to this university when I graduate. Worst and most apathetic administration ever, they are TERRIBLE.

I love this school so very much. I am happy with my decision in every regard. My classes are interesting and challenging and I know that I have made friends that will be my friends for years to come.
