It seems like i'm the only person on campus who's not high or drunk every night of the week! i just don't want to be around rampant drinking and smoking so much but its ridiculously hard to find people who don't do that. an example is that i have not found anyone yet. after almost two semesters. the only fun i had here is on the varsity cross country and track teams, and i got injured in the beginning of the year so i couldn't even do that. after almost two semesters of locking my door and turning my lights out on thursday, friday, saturday, and yes even sometimes sunday nights, i think i've had enough. my room is a forced triple with a broken heater Collaboration/Competitive: B+, Useful Schoolwork: F Have a Question? I came to Conn from California and a high school of about 900 students. High school was so much fun and I was hoping for a similar experience from Conn. During weekends at Conn there was absolutely nothing to do except move from dorm to dorm trying to keep away from campus safety. Many of the students were stuck up and thought they were better than everyone else. The girls especially enjoyed to show off their wealth. Also the sports teams were awful and there was absolutely no school spirit. I found it hard to cheer on a soccer team that went 1-8 and was a complete discrace to watch. In my opinion Conn is an awful college if you are looking for some fun. Perceived Campus Safety: A+, Social Life: F Have a Question? The people here are so snooty and dull. They all wear A&F clothes. Money is very important here. Everyone is from Boston or NYC or worse Connecticut. The diversity sucks.
