Now that i am approaching my senior year please notice that no matter where you go to school it is all about MAKING THE BEST OUT OF THE SITUATION....of course the school definitely has some things on work on but to be honest my education has not been effected by the conditions of the residential halls. chances are NO UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE is going to live up to every standard you have. bottom line i continued to stay at the school because as a design major my professors have definitely helped me develop my skills to tackle the job market and be able to compete with other ivy league design schools.

am not scared to represent my school UBBBBB KNOOOOOOO...

I went to university of bridgeport because of the scholarships they offered. The school isn't worth much, i prefer trying to go to a community college because its basically the same thing only difference is the school is a private owned. That means the cost is 30,000 without a dorm. That is 80% overpriced, this school is only a tiny fraction better then a community college and shouldn't cost nowhere near that much. Lets talk about the professors, some are great and helpful, others don't care what you do. The school will do anything to bring you down, I have gotten a D on one of my course, i wanted to drop it before the deadline but couldn't for some weird reason. Now i have a D on my transcript that i don't deserve. This school looks bad even the fact that there are beaches/parks next to it doesn't help. Its in Bridgeport's worst place to live, the streets are a garbage. I'm the type of person who is not aggressive and can give people/places chances to redeem themselves but this school is too awful to give anything. They have the worst class selection as i try hard to find any classes with the best teachers but its very hard. They want your money and they do not care about your education.

I'm not even giving my name because i'm embarrassed i even came to this school, my guidance counselor was retarded and didnt even warn me about this school, firs of all 99.9% of the students that apply get in because although most schools care about money, bridgeport does not try to hide it, so if you got into decent schools don't go here! second if you've ever seen the episode of family guy about bridgeport IT IS EXACTLY WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE! it is run down, and ghetto and everyone in bridgeport is ghetto and on drugs. The school itself is also quite ghetto specially bodine hall there are literally bullet wholes in the ceilings. the food is i guess like other college foods fattening. it use to be an academy for just international students so thats atleast half of the student population indians and asians and other random countries like spain and england. it is extremely clicky the jocks hang out with the jocks, the asians with the asians etc. etc. mostly everyone else is from new york. most students drop out by their first year so youll notice that the seniors all know each other its a small school and don't be fooled because theyll real you in by the scholarship money they give you. I hated it like literally cried myself to sleep hate it, and left after my first year, transferring!......BTW a fetus was found in the trash and some senior RA raped some freshman girl during first semester...and he was back at the school by second the school is also money hungry.
