Socially, AU is a very diverse school. American University alums do go on to an astonishing array of things once they graduate, ranging from attending top graduate programs to investment banking to living off in Cayman Islands. I have loved my time here and will miss it when I'm gone. I definitely plan to be involved in future alumni programs/activities and to give money regularly. I am from a basically poor background, yet AU gave me a generous financial aid award which allowed me to attend with a very reasonable debt load. I found the faculty to be very approachable and helpful. The campus and facilities are at present lacking, but the school has definite plans for renovations as well as brand new buildings such as the new SIS building. I am excited to imagine how great campus will be in a few years. Lastly, I would wholeheartedly recommend American to any prospective students Preparedness: -, Reputation: - Have a Question?
