Wesley is a small private college in Dover Delaware, for one there is not much to do on or off campus, the school is full of students who gossip about one another constantly. The food sucks, we only have one dinning hall which limits us to the amount of foods to choose from; on the bright side its a relatively clean cafe. The chefs are sometime snooty and give students a hard time(Beware).Dorms are small, traditional dorms are like hell, and the service inside dorms sucks! Usually loud music is always playing....But in general the school is small, pretty diverse(meaning just a equal number of white and black students) asian, hispanic, and foreign exchange students are the minority population among the school. The professors care for the most part, the work pretty reasonable some professors are easy A's,Some easy B's and some just are self Absorbed.BEST ADVICE IS TO TAKE A TOUR.

I'm not being overly harsh towards Wesley, this is in all sincerity, my honest opinion. This college has turned out to be the BIGGEST disappointment of my life! Professors cancel class way too much, Residence Life is absolutely no help, the administration is incompetent, and oblivious to what goes on around this place, and student involvement is a joke! The college's teacher ed. program lost it's accreditation a couple of months ago, despite the fact that they were warned about this three years in advance, and chose to do nothing. So if you want to be a Teacher, DO NOT come here! Unless you're into athletics, or going out and getting high or drunk all the time, you'll be bored out of your mind.

However, Wesley does have some positives to it. As far as academics are concerned, the Nursing and History Departments are the only two real academic departments in this school. This place truly has the best Nursing program and History department in the area. Not too long ago, there were the deaths of 2 current students, and 2 recently former students all within a few months of each other, and I think the Administration handled that very well. While I am very cynical of our admin, I don't think they could've done a better job. So over all, I would recommend that you don't come to Wesley College. Go to another college where you actually get your money's worth. Considering the high tuition we all pay to come here, you do not get the bang for your buck

Classes are kept small generally. Classes that pretty much everyone has to take are most likely larger with a maximum of 30. Lectures can be up to fourty people. Although labs and classes directed toward you major are kept small about ten people to fifteen. Staff are friendly and easy to find. the campus is an open area.
