I attended FMU and graduated in 2000.Quite BrightDesign Arts - Industrial Design/Graphic Design/etc
I attended FMU and graduated in 2000. After that I cold-called every print shop, advertising agency and everywhere else I could think of to try to get a job as a graphic artist. When the potential employer found out I went to this school, they laughed in my face. Many years later, I joined the Navy to pay off the huge loans I took out to attend here and am planning on going back to a REAL college in the near future. Don't waste your time.

Eventhough, I did earn a Associates in Science,Nursing
Eventhough, I did earn a Associates in Science, Medical Assiting I used to be so proud of what I had accomplished and the school were I recieved it. Now I want to return to school to earn a B.S. in nursing and none of my F.M.U. credits transfer to a community college or state university. F.M.U. now Everest was very expensive and I gave it my all. Now is frutraiting that none of it counts but my many school loans do. High school graduates do your homework and research!! Don't get trapped by this so called great schools! Go to a public university or community college!!

FMU robbed me of over $10,000 of tuitionBrightComputer Science
FMU robbed me of over $10,000 of tuition loans and grants that was unaccounted for. I attended for 3 years and never got my living expense from my loans. I had 59 credits and only 11 of them were transferable when I changed schools. So, not only was 10 grand unaccounted for, 48 credits at over $300 a credit went to waste. I guess they think I'm rich and can afford schools to squander my money I have to pay back. I am not through with FMU, not by a long shot. I have written the Board of Education about my experience. I have also discussed it with my lenders. There is a lot of paper work and red tape, but I will fight to get my money back from FMU, now Everest! Now I understand why there is no longer an FMU college and Everest ought to be ashamed to even take over the name FMU!
