I had relatives who went here, so no big deal, right? If they'd gone and liked it I should too. Big mistake. Welcome to FSU, where conservative billionares bribe the school to hire only political conservatives on their staff. Just look at the Econ dept. I got graded down on a paper because my opinions were "too biased" (read: liberal). No wonder the education quality is so one-sided. Also, the kids here are thick as bricks. Business dweebs, religious nuts, and druggies/bums who think FSU is a vacation hotel. Campus safety sucks too but mostly just because of vandalism and kids yelling in public. What a mistake. Please, God get me out of here. The education quality is horrible. The faculty are treated like slave labor and it shows in the depressed, shallow quality of their teaching. The students are either really dumb or really nasty, self-entitled, and mean. The men are violent and women have to travel in groups to protect themselves. Smaller men should probably travel with other people to protect themselves too but they don't and I fear for them. People that come here from other cities feel like prisoners. I've heard shouting, screaming and glass breaking from outside my dorm at night. And I don't think anyone stopped to intervene. Think about that before you decide to go to FSU.
