Quite Bright
The school is nice. There are a lot of classes and most students are freindly. There seems to be the proper mix of culture and everything just seems to flow. The staff is proffessional and the structure of the buildings are modern.

Bright
Having moved on from IRCC and nearly finished my undergraduate work in both English and Communications at Florida Atlantic University, I find that I'm becoming even more pleased with the time I spent at IRCC than I was while I was there (and I was pleased then, too!). The college really does have a special intangible, created out of the combined elements of helpful staff, exceptional faculty and an aesthetically satisfying learning environment, that makes for a worthwhile learning experience which has proven to be more than adequate in preparing me for continuing education beyond the community college level. I had a number of excellent professors (Joyce Dayton, Don Skinner and Rich Grego being chief among them) with whom I am not only still in contact, but I actually consider them friends. That's a very rare thing, but very present at IRCC.

On the negative side, I'd have to say that, after living in St. Lucie county (where the main campus of IRCC is located) for most of my life, this town is boring, stifling and not conducive toward positive thoughts. If you don't have hobbies to consume your time, get one before coming to school in this area, unless you're really into cow-tipping and sitting in Denny's all night (there are other "hobbies" engaged in by the townsfolk, but it'd be in poor taste to mention them here).

That, however, has nothing to do with IRCC itself. IRCC, as an entity separate from the suburban wasteland (though there's really not even an "urban" for it to be "sub" of!), is a great place to find a solid foundation for a life of learning and earning.

IRCC has a great environment to start college life. Class sizes are pretty small in most cases, which makes it possible to interact with the instructor. Most instructors are friendly and very helpful. IRCC provides a great college experience.
