Going to Indian River State College has been a very positive experience for me. All of my professors have been top-notch, especially those in the English department. They take a real interest in their students, which is one of the great things made possible by this school's small class sizes. I have enjoyed all of my classes and learned a lot. IRSC offers a ton of online classes too, which I took advantage of each semester. I found them to be very high quality and challenging without being overwhelming. The people who work in the testing center are also great. They have always been very friendly and helpful to me when I go in to take my proctored exams for online classes. IRSC seems to be offering more Bachelor's degrees every year or two, and I'm hoping that they'll add an English one before (or shortly after) I graduate because I would love to stay at IRSC. I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say about this college.

Worst nursing program ever! Nurses are old and outdated. They like to gossip with their favorite students, if they don't like you than you are screwed. Ask to look at your test scores! I found errors on three exams that they said I failed( 78 or below ). I left when I missed a clinical dag because I started a medication not related to school, not their business, but they found out, asked me about it and told me I couldn't go to my clinical until my doctor wrote a release form. So I sat out that day, then they told me to make it up I would have to pay an instructor to work the 8 hour clinical with me!! I had had it. Not to mention all their teachers are getting their masters or working so you'll never have the same clinical instructor, so they can never keep their crap together. I could go on for days about how petty and corrupt they were. Beware!!!
