Ill make this short and simple.

Good stuff: classes are pretty simple because of the small class size. Most teacher are friendly and approachable and are willing to help you make the grade. The library is awesome, lol.

Bad stuff: no one talks to anyone! Its boring, there is nothing to do in Niceville. There are cliques just like in highschool, its real annoying. Some bathrooms are extremely disgusting, some of the advisors don't know what their talking about. Food is okay, better then what I had in highschool. Their "college book store" is a rip off. Parking is terrible unless you come an hour early for your class. NO SOCIAL LIFE whatesoever!

Basically: If you want an education and no life, then OWC is for you.

Quite Bright
OWC has been a great alternative to a large University. The most apreciated difference is the cost. You don't get the "college life" you may be wanting to experience, but I have never really cared for it, as I work full time, which is what OWC is really geared towards. In comparrison, I attended Troy University's eCampus which was the most horrible experience. Avoid them. The customer service is nonexistent and you will end up owing a lot of money that you've been told scholarships/grants/etc will cover. If you are military, go to OWC! The Hurlburt Field education building has fantastic help! Ask for Rhonda Duryea.

Super Brilliant
Texts have grammatical errors.
Some teachers have no true concept of English.
The campus is rather miserable looking with verky inadequate parking.
The art department, however, is the most excellent thing about this school. Distrubing though is how this particular study is not as emphasized as it should be. Nursing seems to take precidence over everything else.

OWC is a good school to go to if you can't afford the Universities. If u have Scholarships such as bright futures or any others, i would definatly go to a higher level of education. This place is exactly like my highschool experience; asking instructors to use the restroom, small classrooms, ect. I guess it would be good to get a AA or BS degree here because its really easy, but if ur looking for a challege or a better college experience go elseware. The only public place to really hang out at is where a bunch of little kids run around, not many college parties here either, if there are any they will inevitably end up with cops telling everybody to go home. OWC has a good collegiate highschool and there are plenty of the highschoolers running around campus. Overall, this school is good for adults returning for a higher education and for those who are incapable of affording the high cost of other schools.
