“Looking back at the ten years since IHistory/Histories (art history/etc.)
Looking back at the ten years since I graduated, I can give a mature critique on my alma mater. In terms of academics, the staff were well prepared to teach their courses with the exception of a Business Law course in my senior year where the teacher was not disciplined enough to expound on the subject matter. Comraderie was good with many people desiring to get a good education and loving the Lord. Caution is advised for people who are of the Reformed (calvinsitic) faith that I hold. Attendance at the college's Campus Church is required for all students with few exceptions. The preaching is premilleninal, arminian and baptistic. Church government is not structured correctly, but that is for another discussion. The rules regarding early lights out gives a decided disadvantage to students under 21 years of age. I took advantage of my older age while in school and completed my studies late after the rest went to bed. I feel that this helped me significantly. The rule makes no sense. Being of the Reformed faith, I cannot recommend this school to fellow Reformed and Prsebyterians.

I highly recommend PCC for an excellent and well-rounded nursing education. It would be wise to be well-grounded in what you believe doctrinally and have a strong relationship with the Lord. Go with the attitude of not being willing to be swayed spiritually by others around you or hypocrisy you may or may not rightly perceive.

I can recommend PCC to anyone that is looking for a christian boot camp. It is a perfect enviroment for those who are trying to grow in the Lord but have outside influences that tie you down. Like a boot camp it is very rigorous. It is not meant for everybody. But if you approach college as something to tackle and move on continuing to succeed then this is the place for you.Looking at the dates of the other comments makes me wander if there are only a few people that enjoy being creative in their whining....
