I paid 3 times the cost of tuitionBrightMusic Education
I paid 3 times the cost of tuition as an out-if- state resident for a Music Fundamentals class, non-credit, for personal enrichment.

I already have multiple degrees in the biological sciences and I also instructed in the military.
The instructor is a good musician, but did not prepare lessons.
I emailed him saying he should respect his students time but preparing his lesson and he would not run out of time to cover important material.

He answered saying if iI did not like his teaching to talk to the department chair.

I have been attending this School part-time forAveragePublic Health
I have been attending this School part-time for longer than I care to talk about. Everything was going pretty well with the exception of the last couple of years. The faculty is decent as far as I am concerned. The major problems start when you have to deal with Administration and Financial Aid. Ever since more scrutinizing policies thanks to the federal goverment have been placed on all schools the Financial Aid aspect is absolutely ridiculous!!! They are slow, do not care, and did nothing but bitch about what other stupid form I needed to procure them with a week before school started. How about helping your students instead of following federal government rules like beurecratic drones. I am boycotting their financial aid department and paying for the rest of my schooling on my own. This may require changing my job but it is worth it to not have to deal with the neverending bullcrap. And when applying for one of their specialized programs that have a waiting list, be prepared for the counseler's to try to talk you out of it and into a program that has no waiting list. They don't care about you as a person only a number. Nevermind the fact that they are messing with your future. "Well your chosen program is full right now, how about trying this unrelated one instead." So disgusting. The waiting list for certain programs can be up to 2 years or longer. My advice would be to only attend to recieve a general AA and transfer somewhere else, and stay clear of administration and financial aid.

The Biology on line class seemed impossible. Not so bright
The Biology on line class seemed impossible. Mostly over 80 ppts w/long review and no clue about what would be on tests. It seemed like the teacher did a load and go on us. I also tried the Earth Science class w/lab. Instructors are banking on their own class books and lab books they wrote themselves. Great cash cows for them? I thought they were Huge nightmares for content. Trying to get help from the disability resources was a zero. The staff seem to be collecting a paycheck and telling students to go to a learning center. Horrible. Unfriendly. Any regular business could not get away with charging huge sums for substandard deliverance and products. One of their teachers was arrested with domestic violence but is still on campus teaching. Go figure.
