Question
I think UF offers a very good education,Quite BrightJournalism
I think UF offers a very good education, at least in the two areas I have studied - the architecture and journalism schools are top notch. Atletically speaking. sports are a major part of UF life. However, there are many other activities to get involved in as well - (there are more than 500 organizations/groups). The vast number of students can be seen as a pro or a con. While there are many opportunities to find friends, it may be daunting to compete with so many other students on the academic level and for things like parking spots (ugh). The campus is also not in the best location. Though Gainesville is now a college town, it does not offer the cultural opportunities that may be found around other schools. Now that I sound like a brochure, I would like to wrap up by saying all in all, I am glad I attend UF. I feel I receive a great education at a great price, have made some great friends and had some great times. When May comes around, I will be proud to say I graduated from UF. It's great to be a Florida Gator!

Question
The sororities dominate.Super BrilliantPsychology
The sororities dominate. They are everywhere, and you cannot escape their presence. There are 2 things to do in Gainesville: go to a party at someone's house or go clubbing downtown. No matter what you do, the sorostitutes will be there. The academics here are a joke, unless you take one of the real sciences.
