Vice President for Student Affairs Patricia Telles-Irvin intentionally ignored Asian students at a recent speech to students. She purposely cut her speech short and rushed off stage to avoid questions and concerns from Asian students. There is an article of this in the Alligator newspaper on August 29, 2005. Either you're in a frat or you're not. If you don't drink, you're pretty screwed when it comes to the weekends, because Gainesville isn't the most conducive city for those of us who are sober.The weather is beautiful (as are the girls) but most of the people I have met have been shady, shady, shady, and waiting to screw you out of whatever they can.
