The people are extremely superficial and fake to the point where I feel out of place. I am transferring next semester even though I feel like I didn't give it a full chance. The classes are a joke, it's still the Suntan U. The academics are horrible! The football stadium is 45 minutes away which sucks. The greek life is terrible and the parties suck. This school is a wannabe city school but its a $40 cab ride to South Beach. Miami is a great place to vacation but DO NOT GO TO SCHOOL HERE! I have met very few genuine people who care about anyone except themselves. A good number of the people here get wasted Thursday through Saturday and the ones that don't are in the library studying non-stop. There is not much in-between. The school is beautiful, the weather warm and there's lots to do in the surrounding area, but it's just not worth the cost and putting up with the people here. The professors are hit or miss...I have had some really good ones and really bad ones. If I had the chance to do it over I would have chosen another school. I plan to transfer. The girls all carry at least 2 std's (herpes or worse). It has been the worst semester any human could ever go through. I now have 4 std's and 3 missing teeth. The teachers are skanks that sleep with their students with good grades (even the men 8>>>) The girls are so sluttayyyy that I have even been raped. Twice. Have a Question? There are much better universities out there for much less money. If you're serious about finding a job after college, look to attend somewhere else.
