If you are looking to get into collegeBrightEnglish
If you are looking to get into college for the social experience then maybe you would not like it here. It's all business to me. After leaving the Army I finished at a JUCO, then transferred here. I understand that the social experience is a big part of college for an 18 y/o freshman. However, to much social and not enough academia will get you a failing grade. The college isn't hard as I thought. With that said, it is still challenging. The faculty does care about teaching. I've never had a problem meeting with a professor. Everyone complaining like 10 y/o's about the the girls and social dynamics of the school have their priorities turned around.

Question
I've been at AASU for 3 years andNot so brightOther
I've been at AASU for 3 years and I can give a pretty good review for people who plan to come here as FRESHMEN. It's not very difficult to get in here...at all. The reputation of the school sucks. Most degrees here are worthless. If you expect a "college experience" go somewhere else. The only reason I would come here again is if I wanted to be an engineer and needed this school as a backdoor for acceptance to georgia tech. social life here fuckin' sucks. Almost everyone here is from savannah and are commuters, so there isn't shit to do on the weekends. 75% of the classes I've had here didn't teach me anything valuable. Most people on campus are older (25 years+) so you don't really have that many people to relate to. take my advice; don't go here. get a better degree from a better school surrounded by better people and enjoy yourself.

Question
I am a 2010 graduate of Armstrong AtlanticSuper Brilliant
I am a 2010 graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University. People who complain are mostly very young and or most concerned with the social life. Armstrong is a wonderful school for working adults or adults who are 25+ because the atmosphere is very business and academic. The staff varies just like any other college or university.
