I really enjoy the technology that this school utilizes. All costs are given up front and the books are included in the tuition. I have enjoyed most of the courses that I have taken but I have come across a couple of professors that are BORING. I even ran across one that didn't like doing the live chats with the speaker, video, etc. I was surprised. Besides that one experience, I have really learned a lot and feel that the money spent is well worth the effort that I put into it.

Business - Management and Administration
The structure of the MBA program at this institution is lacking. It costs virtually the same price you would pay at any quality mainstream University. The catch is is that the program is ten months, many times when admission officers try to sell the program they try to tell you that it is only ten months...however, at the cost at which the program is it is not worth the time nor energy because it lacks reputation and "academic rigour." I did the oncampus program and for the most part there is no camaraderie amongst classmates. Many of the assignments were not stimulating, in fact, it is after recalling my undergraduate background that I realized the program probably could not hold a "candle" to even the average undergraduate program, thus it is deemed insufficient. Even more alarming was the lack of diversity, particularly since the institution have other branches in many international countries.

Admission officers at this institution are like car salespeople they throw a sales pitch (which seems more fake than genuine)presenting the product being the institution as being good of course and if you do not do thoroughly research the institution and its programs like you should all things and go along with the sales pitch you will find all you have is a "lemon" on hand and you need to get rid of it fast. If you want your money's worth go to an institution that challenges you in every way academically. At the end of the day it is not only that you have a degree but the fact that you were thoroughly trained to meet the demands of the global economy.

I attended AIU's online MBA program. While a lot of the queries above did not pertain to the program I was a part of, I just felt compelled to say how pleased I was with the experience. AIU's faculty (save one or two) was extremely friendly and approachable. We had to do research papers so there were no tests to hide behind. This is NOT an easy program (particularly the second half) do don't make the mistake of thinking that because the program is only 8 months that it is a "cakewalk" it is anything but. I would recommend this school to anyone. Just because you don't "see" your classmates doesn't mean that you are going through the experience alone. I've made friends in this program that I will have for life and I've never "seen" them before.
