| Quite Bright | I am majoring in Business Administration. I spent a semester at Shorter College, and was suprised that my education at Dalton State seemed just as good, and a lot less expensive. There are some professors who are jerks, but it has been my experience that most of the faculty are friendly and helpful. I would advise taking Accounting classes at another college, though, because these were the only classes I have ever had at Dalton that were taught by professors that just weren't good teachers. Also, even though the buildings aren't that inspiring, the campus has the most beautiful landscaping of any college I have visited. | Campus Aesthetics: A+, Collaboration/Competitive: B- | | | |

| Quite Bright | The school just doesn't get it. Random hiring of professor does not reflect the professionalism of a good school. Professor teaching methold are very book-base. Just study the book instead of attending classes. The situation is a either you get it or you don't. Although the school has peer teaching, the programs haven't been taking off as successfully as the school expect. It's a good school for self-studies rather than drawing experience from Professors. | Friendliness: A-, Education Quality: F | | | |

| Quite Bright | A small campus without the large college campus indifference to their students. There are more older students on campus, classes are smaller, and class' are more interaction with professors. Many students are local high school graduates, who have a hard time accepting a great college is in their city. | Education Quality: A+, Social Life: B | | | |
