Initailly,I was very excited about attending Gpc at theNewtoncampus, however as time passed I observed how the campus was operating like a good old boy system would.I have witnessed favortism among a certain class of students while other students were treated as if they are invisible. The cheating here is off the charts I do not understand how some of the students here got in.Also, some of the professors here are not that proficent in the profession at all and they are still allowed to collect a income off of not being able to instruct. Now there are a few of the professors there that are excellent and they do need to be recognized for their abilities. Some of the staff there is very cut throat towards one another and the students can sense that something is wrong here.I would advise any student to check their instructors out before signing up for their class because some of the instructors there are not helpful at all.Further the school has administrative issues there, your paper work is never correct according to them and 90 percent of the time it is there fault. They will never answer the telephone or respond to your emails and their excuse will be we were very busy doing what messing up someone elses paperwork. At the end of the day I am very disappointed with my experience here but due to the economy it is the only choice some of ud have.

Super Brilliant
GPC is a good school for what it is. This two-year school offers opportunities for those who may not be able to afford or attend a better 4-year state school. It is a jumping pad to get somewhere else. GPC has given me opportunities that other schools would not have. The online program is extensive and the honors program is pretty good. I have had my fair share of really good teachers and really bad teachers - you have to be careful when you choose. Students are generally either extremely motivated or pretty much broken spirited. Know that at GPC you will have to take control of your own education because the advising staff and other staff (financial aid, etc.) doesn't help very much (at all... sometimes they can be a pain). If you are not self motivated you will miss out on opportunities. The social life is improving at GPC as the student life center is initiating more free fun events. There are not many extracurriculars. Learning resources provided are extensive. There are several tens of thousands of people at this school, so you will have to work very hard to stand out and not become a statistic.
