This college have poor areas in financial aid(Business - Management and Administration
This college have poor areas in financial aid( they have been reported for the misuse of student funds), the dorms are old and outdated(mold and mildew on the ceilings which causes allergy and sinus problems and in most cases no heat and or a/c). the faculty are treated unfairly, over worked, and underpaid so as a result they could less about the students. student safety is at an all time low.

This is worst school I have ever attended.Quite BrightEducation
This is worst school I have ever attended. There is very few faculty members hear that actually do there job. To get any kind of response from them you have to go to a higher authority. It's ridiculous. They all have office phones that they do not answer. They look at the caller id and unless the number is coming from someone in another office they don't pick up. The staff is always going on long vacations. They make promises that they definitely do not keep. They are so unorganized. If you getting financial aid don't count on getting your refund until the end of the next semester. They take there time in giving your money. They do not honor the 14 day federal process that there suppose to honor. My advice is to save your time and go to a different school. Just go to the campus and ask any student that goes there they'll say "you know this is Paine, don't trust them. Keep your eyes and ears open". Another thing I noticed is that they have student police officers and its a high crime area. You have a lot of homeless people around the campus. You are not protected as you should be for the amount of money they want. BE WARE...

What can I say.Quite BrightHistory/Histories (art history/etc.)
What can I say. This place is a hell hole. The professors just treat you like crap. The staff, they steal your money and treat you like dirt while they all drive these fancy cars (I have never seen more BMWs and Mercedes before in my life). The school is way deep in debt, they cant even pay some of the employees sometimes. The chapel is a total waste of time. The dorms, dear god they look like someone pooped on all the walls, the floors fall in and there are leaks in all of the windows. I have had four friends get raped at this school this year, and the neighborhood it is in is scary as hell (a bunch of homeless people, drug addicts, and drunks hang out on the campus all day trying to get in your pants or get high). The students think they are owed everything under the one here works for anything. If you have trouble all you have to do is go to Dr. Bradley and he will threaten to fire the teachers and staff unless they let you pass (trust me I know plenty of people who got by this way). After getting here I learned that a degree from here was about as good as a roll of TP. Ohh there are snakes all over the place too. Alot of the faculity should be fired, and so many of the teachers/staff are sleeping with the students. Most of the secretaries act like they are god or something. All of em expect something for nothing, just a bunch of greedy people wanting drugs and cheap thrills
