Positive Negative Neutral Advice
I earned a good background in business fundamentalsBusiness - Management and Administration
I earned a good background in business fundamentals which assisted in obtaining employment. I was fortunate to travel and hold various managerial positions. When I retired my wife and I were in the top 5% of wage earners.Although the degree assisted in opening doors, I know my dedication to my work, long hours, and common sense played a key role in my advancement. That is crucial.

Question
I have transferred here from Guam and wasNot so brightPsychology
I have transferred here from Guam and was so excited to be moving to Hawaii. UH was way too big and HPU's campus wasn't as nice. Chaminade, although expensive, has a beautiful campus and I find my professors very approachable and friendly. Once you get to upper level classes coursework gets challenging, but I know that if I have problems I can ask help from my professors. I also have the available sources needed to succeed (library, access to computers, etc.,) I also stay on campus because I had no other place to stay and besides the horrible hill I climb everyday I love it. I do not regret my decision to attend Chaminade

Question
As a local, I hated the fact thatBrightCriminal
As a local, I hated the fact that I had to stay in Hawaii for college for financial reasons. However, my college experience at Chaminade has improved and I do not regret doing my undergraduate studies here. The first year which deals mainly with the liberal/general ed classes are boring at first but once that is over, the challenging courses begin and they are not bad at all. The Forensic Sciences and Criminal Justice programs are amazing and the faculty are very helpful in preparing their students for the future. If you are looking for a school with a heavy social life, I would not suggest coming here. Chaminade is not known as a party school and it's fine if you're just here for the academics.
