Faculty is never available and there are only 4 teachers in the whole department...what the fuck. this means that most students are unable to graduate on time because of the shortages of teachers. as for the teachers within the department, they suck. dr.curtis and dr. okinaka are horrible teachers and have failed me twice for no reason and they refuse to change my grade. fuck this school im out shootz. It is based on me being sexually assaulted in the dorms, and the complete failure of the staff to report one of their own. I'm ashamed that I was afraid to report this to the police, but at the time, the housing staff and his other friends made it clear I would have no support. I have since withdrawn from UHH I will only say that housing is in a complete state of disrepair, and that any outsider can get into any dorm. Its open to all drug using, and drug dealing community members. Drug and alcohol use is rampant no matter what they say. If you are from out of state, please spend the money to view this school. It is full of Thugs. The parties are boring. The town is full of toxic fumes from the VOLCANO. If you have to go there...brace yourself. The FACULTY is all CROOKED. I knew several girls that got RAPPED and had to LEAVE. THEY did not prosecute out of FEAR. THE TOWN IS a big mob....Don't trust anyone that lives there. PEOPLE get ripped off constantly. The professors are all trying to get in the girl's pants. They are unfair at grading. You cant' SAY anything that is seen as UNPOPULAR or else they WILL RETALIATE against you...faculty, students, and staff. The place is full of AIDS. The other thing they don't tell you is that the volcano is a huge threat and is potentially due to erupt anytime! Good luck to any of you going there.
