Faith was a great help in preparing meBrightReligion/Religious
Faith was a great help in preparing me for life. The Professors understand the word of God and apply it to our lives as they taught us. I would encourage students to not take on student loan debt for their education at Faith or any other institution. It will be harmful as you move into ministry. Possible excluding you for a time from joining some mission agencies.

It is a solid school that does what its stated purpose is. It is a school to train people to be in vocational ministry does just that very well. The social aspect of the college needs work. At times, it seemed like some of the leadership were more interested in a popularity contest rather than equal value for all. After graduating from both the grad and undergrad I have gone on for further study doc and post-doc., I have been very well-impressed at what I received at Faith and found to be ahead of the curve in many areas.

Question
If you are an independent Baptist, or aQuite BrightReligion/Religious
If you are an independent Baptist, or a fundamentalist, this is a good solid school. However, if you are desiring to have a broader academic career leading to study at prestigious graduate institutions, this could really be a millstone around your neck. This is not an ATS school, which is also quite limiting and revealing. ATS membership includes the finest theological institutions in the United States. Also, graduation is dependent on signing a doctrinal statement. If you are looking to be told what to believe in this particular strand of thought, then Faith is a friendly accessible (albeit highly priced for what you get) school. Otherwise, you would be better suited elsewhere.
