Positive Negative Neutral Advice
I would think twice about going to thisQuite BrightUndecided
I would think twice about going to this school if you are a minority. The school itself is not very ethnically diverse compared to other universities. I left within a year due to the discrimination and lack of support I received from the school. The academic portion was just fine. It was the atmosphere of the students, faculty and the locals that made the place unbearable.

Question
Do not choose ISU for any program.BrightEducation
Do not choose ISU for any program. They are very disorganized and have a lot of trouble with communication between departments. Different advisors tell you different things which makes it difficult to know what classes to take. My husband recently was cleared for graduation in May of this year and 2 weeks before graduation they called back and told him he was missing a class. It has been 2 months since he would have graduated and he has finished the class but is still waiting to start his new job because of miscommunication between staff. Absolutely ridiculous....

Question
ISU is a great school.Quite BrightNursing
ISU is a great school. You can choose to challenge yourself with your major and classes or you can come to have a good time. There is always something fun to do wether it is joining a club or academic group, taking advantage of our outdoor recreation center or hitting up parties and the bars, you will have a good time. ISU has excellent academics particularly in healthcare related fields. Our nursing and pharmacy programs really stand out. If you are planning on attending school in Idaho this is THE place to go.
