The faculty and staff are only interested in you as a dollar sign, nothing more!! You will pay twice as much to go here, and they will not be concerned with your success. They only care about making themselves look good! I wasted years of my life, and thousands and thousands of dollars to find out that my success meant nothing to the people who I was paying to help me succeed!

This school can't figure it out. There is nothing to do on the weekends here. Dorm life is terrible, they don't fix anything and things are not cleaned well in the bathroom. The internet is terrible and crash all the time especially when trying to do homework. If you want to play xbox live you can forget it. Also the school will waste your money on dumb stupid ideas that do not benefit you the student at all. The student are full of themselves and very snooty and stuck up. The food is terrible and cafeteria hours are not convenient to you. The food selection is terrible and not healthy. The school is stuck in a subdivision and there is nothing around in the area to do. Nothing is walking places to go. Also there is nothing to walk to, if you don't have a car, bad idea. If I had the choice I would never come back here. I wish I never picked this school. Please don't make the same mistake.

Being a private university, it may come across as an inexpensive school. However, pay special attention to your financial aid paper work. If you filed everything correctly and believe you qualify for grants and you are not getting it. Ask question, why you are not getting financial aid. They will not offer you any grant or scholarships and encourage you to apply for loans, because it?s less work for them. All they need is your signature. They will get paid, but you will be stuck with thousands of dollars to pay back. If you have above 2.5 GPA and a transfer student you should get a $ 2500 for each year.

Most of your class will start slow and would feel like an easy class. But as the semester moves along, it will get as hard and difficult. Expect lots of research papers and presentation with quizzes and exam toward the end of the semester. Most of the instructors will take it easy at the begging and load you with lots of work at the end. You know why, because they have ?generous? weekly based refund policy. Once you are thru the fist weeks. You have already lost %80 of your money. Don?t believe me check it out yourself.

Your instructor might be very excited and may take your pics and introduce the class with lots of interest. They will urge you to ask questions and give them a visit in the office. However, after sometimes you realize that it?s like a secondary job to them. They are not meant to teach you. You will be on your own to understand the theories and concepts. Instructors will come to the class and go thru PowerPoint slides and warn you about all the dead lines to blow your brain out. Me and my friends and lots other student have complaint in regards to this, but no results. Most of the teachers don?t know how to teach. If you don?t have an understanding relationship with your instructor, you will get c grades even if you are an A student. Your instructor will find flows in your paper and writing style and your explanation to test question.

Finally the counselors, they are there to sign you for class? just like it sounds my friend. Don?t believe me. Go check it out yourself. They will sign you for any class, irrelevant of what your major is. They will not plan anything for you. One semester will be hard as hell, loaded with the hardest classes and another with easy classes. I have faced extremes like up and down the river with my semester difficulty levels. Your fist year, your academic advisor might help find classes. Second year, you do it yourself and so on. You will receive a big packet with instruction and you will go fine classes. While you are in school, they are so friendly, warm and well coming. Once you graduate, they will not respond to your recommendation letter request. I went to my advisor?s office and she was not there. Her secretary made a big deal that I didn?t make an appointment with her in advance. I was told that she is very busy and meets with 14 students every day and she will be on vocation next week. I left and this is what my academic advisor wrote to me after I asked her why she didn?t reply to my request. ?Letters of recommendation are always up to the individual being asked, and they are not a requirement for us to write if we don't feel we are going to paint the best picture of the student.?

Very smart, right? She covers her bath by making me look bad. Anyway, I got my letters. The point is find a different university. If you are like me who lived close to the university, make an effort and fine a better school.
