It is so bad that the students practicing Islam have thier own prayer hall in a Christian school!! The radiological advisor, Alice Sima is the most difficult person to work with and will help kill any dreams you have anything that you want to do in the medical field. The school claims to have so many students going to med school, dental school, pharm school etc...but they fail to make it clear that not everyone will get letters of reccomendation when applying for grad schools. The school it self filters out the students that they do not think will make it to med school by having students apply within the school to get letters of reccomendation from science instructors. You cannot ask a science prof. for a letter of reccomendation with out going through the application process of getting a letter. The school is notorious for the amount of cheating that occurs. If you are not in the loop you get screwed since previous exams are passed around all the time so students are really competing to get into the social loop rather than with brains. They also will not let you know if you are applying for the radiological sciences (xray, rad. therapy, nuc med etc) that you will have to apply for rotations if you do not get into rotations you are stuck with a half ass degree and cannot graduate with any legit degree. If you dont get clincials you will be stuck graduating with a health science degree which basically is a degree saying "B.U I gave you sooo much of my money and took soooo many classes, please let me graduate." She is not well versed on leading a normal life...Working full time and going to school is not going to work with this program. Also, instructors did not release syllabus on time. Unneccessary books to buy...Don't buy the books, never used them. It was a waste of money. Lecture by stupid method - reading the power point word for word. This was awful. If you want to go to a Catholic school that will help you grow spiritually, don't go here. The school is only Catholic in name. The chapel is in this small room in the basement! I am disgusted. Also, don't expect to have fun on the weekends the campus is a ghost town. Everyone goes home on the weekends. Also, the grounds are disgusting. There is cigarettes, garbage, and beer cans everywhere. It is so bad my family made comments when they visited. Also, there is NO school spirit. Barely any students attend football or basketball games. More students at my high school went to games than at Benedictine.
