Positive Negative Neutral Advice
I recently finished my freshman year at JudsonAverageVideo/Media
I recently finished my freshman year at Judson University, and I found that the college was not right for me. One of the main reasons is because I am not a Christian. I advise that, if you aren't a Christian, do not come here. Most of the students were tolerant with my views and "life choices", but the Christian view is incorporated into daily learning, which was a discomfort and slight annoyance to me. If you are a Christian, it is a great school and I would recommend it. The dorm rules for having the opposite sex in your room are kinda ridiculous. If the opposite sex sits on your bed, for example, they have to have their feet touching the ground, which I think is ridiculous. And the girls' dorm rules were even more strict. Also, ALOT of drama there. There also isn't much to do on campus on the weekends. Chapel wasn't that great. They were more open minded than my high school, but still kind of controlling. The food also isn't that great either.

This university claims to be a Christian school,Quite BrightEducation
This university claims to be a Christian school, however, it feels very far from it. They are very big into making everything appear perfect and shamming anyone who does not "meet" those standards. If you are looking for some place to feel safe, do not go to Judson. In the last year, they allowed two rapists to stay on campus and continue going to school with the girls that they assaulted. Judson will tell you everything you want to hear and then do the opposite. They will do anything to make themselves look good and save their butts.

Cheap looking Degree.Quite BrightCriminal
Cheap looking Degree. Judson University- Rockford campus is bubbled from real life issues. Criminal Justice Management Program is a joke. The program is not about criminal justice. Internship is only 80hrs therefore any worth while employer does not waste time allowing interns from Judson. Judson does not have a knowledgeable career service advisor concerning criminal justice. Judson University is a waste of time and money. Judson does not offer the quality of education in comparison to other universities in the criminal justice field. Bottom Line if you major in criminal justice and are not already working in the criminal justice field you will not be working in the field after graduation the success rate is 0%. This course is designed for current police officers and security flashlight jockeys.
