DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL.Super BrilliantPolitical Science
DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. I will repeat again just in case you don't understand. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. It is a money grabbing institution that treats it's instructors poorly which in turn hurts the students. The off-campus social life is non-existent. The on-campus student centers are a joke as well. Your money would be better spent on many other schools that are much less expensive. The Arts program are lackluster. The Education department allows some of the dumbest people to become teachers simply because they check all the boxes and create no waves. The humanities are the best thing going for the school but lack the funding and commitment from higher-ups to be good, leaving the lowly instructors to do the best they can while understaffed and with little resources. I wish I had known this information before attending, I would have gone/transferred to any other school and got a much better education and social experience. Oh yes, one last thing; the debt you will occur will keep you up at night years after graduating.

This is a truly awful and sorry excuseQuite BrightAccounting
This is a truly awful and sorry excuse for a university. Not only are the academics sub par at best but they care nothing about their students or assisting them with their future career goals despite their small size it has been my experience that larger universities actual care more about their students and are more willing to help them. The faculty in particular is truly awful. The are full of themselves and lack logic and reasoning skills. When proven wrong they just pretend lack the facts you presented don't exist and keep to the insane and faulty line of reasoning.

McKendree University seems pretty good to the nakedQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
McKendree University seems pretty good to the naked eye, but it all changes once you're a student. The biggest thing for me was at the beginning and end of EVERY semester, I would get an email or phone call telling me I had an outstanding balance. Literally every semester! "Random" nameless fees! All of the students go home on the weekends because there is nothing to do, and there is nothing to do because everyone goes home on the weekends, it is a never ending cycle. If I had the chance to start my freshman year of college all over at another school, I would JUMP at the opportunity.
