I love Northwestern. It's an incredible school with great people, fantastic academics, and a good social life. It has the best of both worlds - a campus in a suburban town but just 25 minutes from downtown Chicago. Plus, its on Lake Michigan and has 2 huge beaches. Everyone I know loves life at Northwestern. It's better than I ever imagined!!

Be prepared. It's more competitive than you think. Also, Northwestern has a higher number of talented people than I thought. Follow your passion and not what you think might make you the most money, assuming the two aren't the same.
Education Quality: A+, Individual Value: C+

Competition at NU works against you unless being cutthroat in a future job environment is a desirable trait.. Unless they're your friends, people are generally apprehensive to help you. You need to form a network whether it be a frat or sorority or kids of your ethnic background so you can tap into a database of old tests etc. so people don't have an edge on you and raise the curve w/out you saying wtf, how are people doing so well? - A: bc they are crazy serious about rocking their grades and screwing you or anyone in their/my paths.
University Resource Use: A, Collaboration/Competitive: F
