This is the worse college by far. Don't be fooled by how cheap the classes are. The quality of the classes are not worth your time or money. Most of the so called "professors" I have seen teach are complete idiots. I received low grades at Harper but received high grades at other schools. If you ask me they are trying to get you to take the class again and again just to get your money. DON'T GO HERE!! I have been accused of plagiarism twice also at this so called "college" yet I receive excellent marks at my other school. It's not my fault I am smarter then some of your "so called professors". DON'T GO HERE PEOPLE! TRUST ME! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP COST OF GOING HERE. ITS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE LAST SCHOOL I WOULD WANT PEOPLE TO GO TO.

Some teachers are excellent, and some are not. Some of the teachers who barely speak English can be so hard to understand, student grades suffer dramatically. There's no football team here. The college isn't the best. If you're looking for a decent community college, skip Harper and go elsewhere.

I really regret going here. If I could give the whole college a grade, I'd give it a giant F. Many of the buildings look warn and tired. Parking's limited. There's always construction on campus or nearby. Some of the teachers plagiarize and think it's ok if they do it, but don't think students should do it. Some professors are overly anal when it comes to grading and rules while others are more relaxed about things. Some teachers barely speak any English and get angry if you ask them to repeat something because you can't understand them.
