The curriculum in the program is weak and there is a ton of overlap. The faculty do not seem to get along with each other and the tension is apparent. Faculty have dealt with issues in a very unprofessional manner and do not seem to express interest in the students as individuals.

Ball State is not a bad school, but it's not a great school. Time to degree is long, and Muncie is a really depressed (economincally as well as socially) town.

I can't speak for other graduate programs, but CICS is worth the money, and all of the effort involved.
