College is located in northern Indiana on a beautiful 70-acre
wooded campus. Bethel is the College of the Missionary
Church, an evangelical denomination with roots in the Methodist and
Mennonite traditions. Since its founding in 1947, the hallmark of the College has been an emphasis on excellent teaching
and warm student-faculty relationships. Bethel College provides programs to
challenge the mind, enlarge the vision, and equip the whole
person for lifelong service. Bethel is a college with
a deep Christian commitment. There is an open and
joyful emphasis on the Christian life. Chapel meets three
times a week and is the center of the campus
culture. “With Christ at the Helm” is more than
a motto-it is the purpose and intent of living and
