 | Quite Bright | If you want to go to a school that's easier than high school, have nothing to do at night except drink and smoke pot, and feel like a drop of water in a bucket, go to IU. There's nothing to do in Bloomington, and the academics at IU are pretty shady. Indiana is by far the most overrated instiution outside of the Ivy League. The Business School is nothing to write home about (I-CORE, their cornerstone program, is a total waste of time and completly overrated). Do yourself a favor and don't attend IU. I'm taking my own advice and transfering. | Perceived Campus Safety: A, Useful Schoolwork: F | | | |

| | Bright | When I first came looked at coming here I thought this place was the bomb. The women, the campus, the academics, it just all fit together. When I got here, however, I realized otherwise. I would say the social life here is the most disappointing aspect and is the reason I am seeking a transfer. All there is to do here is hit up the fraternities. Don't get me wrong, that's a whole lot of fun, but I actually wanted to do something different for a change and found out there was absolutely nothing. The surrounding town has nothing, absolutely nothing. It's just nice to have something else..It's like if you don't want to get smashed every night then there is nothing to do. If that's you, then this is your school. The academics have been pretty disappointing here as well. I came here expecting to be challenged and think CREATIVELY. I got just the opposite. It feels just like high school again where you're just memorizing stuff, cramming it for an exam. As for the women, well they're still hot. But you can find those at any school, there just happens to be an excess here. You will find your neck hurting here after a while. So bottom line, when deciding to come here, don't, unless you have the aforementioned social ideas. If I had to do over again I would have gone to saint louis, which consequently, is where I'm headed at the semester. | Campus Aesthetics: A, Collaboration/Competitive: F | | | |

| | Super Brilliant | IUB is a great place to meet people and drink. This is the quintesential college "experience" with drinking every night and lots of marijuana. On the other hand, the course work is laughable and the sheer size of the university makes it hard to stand out. | Useful Schoolwork: A+, Collaboration/Competitive: F | | | |
