I was in the Ph D program in the Education Department. The quality of the program is far below average. The faculty generally speaking are not familiar with their subjects.I was VERY disappointed. The ESU library is extremely tiny. On the contrary the University of Kansas has much better resources for a doctorate studies for the Kansas students. Unfortunately ESU receives lots of funding from its long distance LIS programs and would not allow KU takes over the program. I was in ESU doctorate program for one semester. I took two classes and got As without putting too much effort on the courses. During my studies I went to KU and utilize its library resources. If you want a "wuality" education, please DON't GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The faculty are not knowlegeable and as I said the research resources are so limit...
