Don't go to Clear Creek.Average
Don't go to Clear Creek. You won't learn much. The classes are mostly filled with busywork. The focus of the program is on "church-growth" instead of Biblical standards. There are plenty of other baptist schools and most of them will give you a better education.

Question
Clear Creek prepared me for the ministry moreReligion/Religious
Clear Creek prepared me for the ministry more than a graduate degree from Seminary. It is a conservative school that is set in the mountains of Kentucky with a smallish town 15 minutes away. it is rural, but people go there to grow in their relationship and knowledge of God.

One of the benefits is the family atmosphere and long term friendships that are made. Student ages range from 18 into the 30's and 40's, single, married, families....it's really all about being called by God to attend the school and use that to minister to the world.I recommend Clear Creek as long as God has called you here.

Question
I have had a great first year atAverageReligion/Religious
I have had a great first year at Clear Creek Baptist Bible College. The campus is beautiful and the people here are friendly. The roads in the family housing areas are a little rough. There is a rec center with indoor pool, weight room and gym available to oncampus residents. If you are a city person you may get a little home sick but if you love the outdoors you will love it here. The stream running through campus is one of the trout streams stocked each year in Kentucky. God was generous with the paint brush when he made this campus and its surrounding landscape. The faculty are very conservative and not Hyper calvinist. You will not find this school to be a Reform Theology school. This school is all about reaching the lost and equiping those who have received a call to ministry by God.
