Hult (formerly Arthur D. Little) experiences many changes over the past years, but since 5 years, the consistence of the MBA program increased drastically. The accelerated MBA is a concentration in one full year (do not count on holidays and week-ends or free evenings) of the classic full MBA program, which is very convenient for mid-level managers.
There is still efforts to do to improve the campus facilities, the faculty, the career service or to create more programs, but the overall quality of the MBA is at the level of the top of rankings. The reputation does not come immediately. They will need time to get it, but they will definitely take importance in the rankings in the near future.
The faculty staff is good, all of them have extensive teaching experiences in Harvard, MIT, Darthmouth, INSEAD, Cornell, NYU, Babson, Boston University, Northwestern, Northeastern, Yale. Some of them have very interesting professional experiences in consulting, marketing or finance or are sucessful entrepreneurs.
The three top advantages of Hult are its international orientation: 1 Class size 2 International batches 3 An MBA in one year worth the demanding and exhausting load of work. First, classes are small comparing to many other universities and it create a very personnal pattern. Everybody know each other and each teacher or administrative staff member are available, helpful and friendly. Second, students are coming from all around the world and it's great to learn to interact, share cultures and work with so many nationalities (50 over a class of 65 when I was there). Third, it's very though to make an MBA in one year if you compare the schedule of usual 2 years programs and the Hult one, but it worth.
Individual Value: A+, Collaboration/Competitive: B
