I had a great time at AUC I went on to BU for a masters in Social Work and now have a law degree. What more could you ask for. Most of the teacher were great to me. Thank you AUC
When I first applied to AUC I was told that all my transcripts will be transfered. When I came for classes they told me that they will not transfer them. I felt that they cheated me. As an international student I needed some help (considering that I didn't take any ESL classes because my toefl was very good)but I didn't get it. I had several nervous brake downs but still didn't get any help. I went to see the professor that taught the class (at that time) but she constantly said she was busy. For others she had time though. I felt discriminated. Second semester was much better. Second year was ok too. I had the chance to go into a nursing program at the Medical University from NC but I chose AUC because it's a Christian college. It's not worth it though. For the money I pay, I could've went to another school that has more perspectives.
I loved the A.S. Nursing program, it was wonderful and I learned more then I could have learned in another program. I would have gone to another college for my B.S. I felt like I didn't get as much and it cost so much more with the practically doubling cost of tuition and all. Plus we were promised it was going to be all online and it was not. I would have gone somewhere else for this part of the program.
